Bashir Kasiita

Project Director

An educationist and very passionate about creating change. His training and experience in the fields of logistics and project management has shaped him into a very flexible person, able to work in complex and tight situations.

Born and raised in kampala-Uganda, Kasiita is a co- founder of Tuyiiye Uganda and currently serving as the programs coordinator in Tuyiiye. He is also the director of Bridgers Uganda Ltd.

Pidson Abaho

Ass. Director

A serial innovator and believes that he can come up with an innovative solution to any challenge and so passionate about making the world a better place through engineering design and innovation.

Pidson is a graduate Mechanical Engineer from Makerere University with experience spanning over four years. He previously worked with MOGAS UGANDA and is now a design engineer based at Innovation Consortium. He is also a co-founder of Tuyiiye Uganda.

Brian Atuhairwe

Ass. Director

A very open minded person, good communicator, very passionate about creating change in society.

Brian holds a degree in business studies majoring in accountancy and business management. He has previously worked with Hima cement and now at Tuyiiye Uganda as the head of communications.

Donnas Ojok Okello


Currently working at the Uganda and South Sudan office of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) as a Programme Manager, Donnas is the co-founder of the RISE-UP and runs its subsidiary project Rise-Up Hub which focuses on arts and fashions and provides an innovative marketplace for products made by urban refugees in Kampala.

With a MSc. in Development Management, he has managed many rural reconstruction projects Ojok provides strategic advice on the overall planning, management and implementation of the RISE-UP project.

Christine Luwedde

Head Finance

Driven by a desire to create change in this world, Luwedde has great experience and knowledge in business management, gifted with the ability to multi-task and work in tight situations.

Christine is a certified accountant and graduate of Makerere University business school. She is also the person in-charge of accounts in Tuyiiye Uganda.

Daniel Walusimbi

Head Creative Team

A multi-talented young man driven by a dream of creating change in the lives of over 100 million people all over the world.

Daniel is a motivational speaker,an author, an administrator, former national team footballer and a co-founder of Tuyiiye Uganda and the director of Bridgers Uganda Ltd.

Peter Rutabingwa

Head I.T

A computer scientist by profession, very passionate about sharing his knowledge in his field of expertise. Peter is highly creative in the fields of web and mobile application development, networking, computer systems analysis and design, hardware assessment and repair.

Peter is also the head of IT in Tuyiiye Uganda and the founder of United Hope For Technology (UH4T)
